Bring Jakobe Home

Jakobe is a 5 month old wonderful little boy who has had quite the journey in his little life. When Jakobe was born the outcome of his life was quite unknown. Jakobe was born with a condition called Trechercolins Syndrome. Jakobe was unable to breath without the assistance of a ventilator, considered blind, deaf, and could not eat. 5 months later we are happy to say that Jakobe can breath without assistance, and is able to hear and eat with the assistance of medical equipment. He surely is one tough little guy and a true miracle. Jakobe will have to undergo many surgeries as an infant but by the age of 6 will be able to attend mainstream school and function like any other little boy!

We are raising funds now to bring this brave little boy home as he will have extreme medical care costs over the next couple years and requires A LOT of care! Jakobe's family will have to undergo many trainings/overnights in order to understand the basic needs of Jakobe. Please help this wonderful little boy and this amazing family who has so graciously decided to love, honor, and respect, this little guys culture, family, and community and BRING JAKOBE HOME.
