Suburban Wanderlust
I'm raising money to support a life of adventuring on the road. I have gone the way of the dirtbag, that is, the nomadic rock climber. However, unlike many cases of wanderlust, I'm tied to a job (that I love) and spend my time sleeping in a built out car in assorted parking lots. That said, I always try to maximize my time in the wilderness and ways to contribute to the outdoor community. While I am employed there is a trade off (financially) in reserving several days per week to be doing lovely things like hiking, camping, and rock climbing. Funds collected here go towards fueling me and my vehicle, and also towards donating to organizations like the Access Fund and Southeastern Climbers Coalition (10% combined). The goal of $600 comes from a rough correlation of one month's rent.
