Husband was veteran and passed

Some of you may remember me my name is Debbie my husband was Thomas Richardson the Vietnam veteran that had three different stage 4 cancer plus heart problems and diabetes. Thanks to all of you I was able to bury him in the military cemetery where he wanted to be. I was told I can draw his benefits half of them for the rest of my life and they would start in 30 to 45 days. He passed away 10 weeks ago which feels like yesterday to me I am in very bad panic and anxiety and stress and love and zombie my world has been turned upside down. My live has changed two I don't know what we we were together 26 and a half years. I'm only asking for a little bit of help to keep my utilities on and help feed my animals until they get my benefits started they're not telling me it could take up to 6 months four months if I'm lucky. This is so embarrassing I feel horrible asking for help even from people I know but I was advised to try this so here goes. Thank you in advance
