A Day Of Golf For Mimi And TASA

If you've ever been touched by autism or disabilities...then I think you'll understand this request. Our 16yo daughter, Mimi, is joyful child who brings love and light wherever she goes. She also has autism, intellectual disabilities, and a seizure disorder. Although we all have challenges, Mimi faces hers everyday with a smile, a positive attitude, and an infectious laugh. She loves playing on her iPad, watching Nick Jr. and Disney channel, and making bracelets. Her favorite things in the whole wide world are pizza, her extensive t-shirt collection, and her family. Our dear friend, Louie Ochave and his restaurant Chicho's, is throwing a golf tournament on October 19th at Heron's Ridge Golf Club for the benefit of the Autism Society of America Tidewater Chapter and we are thrilled! To assist with the fundraising, we would love our daughter, Mimi, to be the "Presenting Sponsor" of the tournament. This is a symbolic way that we can assert control over autism, a disorder shrouded in so much mystery. Fundraising is difficult and finding higher level sponsors is even more difficult...BUT YOU...BUT WE... TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
