New Car-New Mom-Baby with DS

My daughter Talaya is a new mom to a beautiful baby girl named Lucy. When Lucy was born we were surprised to learn that she has Downs Syndrome. We were also surprised to learn how many medical issues accompanied this disability.
Lucy had her first surgery at 3 days old and lived in the NICU for the first three weeks of her life. My daughter never left her side. She also has four small holes in her heart and seems to have little to no ability to hear in her left ear. She has a whole in her stomach from a feeding tube that was just removed today. These are just some of the issues we that have been reveled so far.
Needless to say, she has a lot of specialist to see and transportation is imperative. Unfortunately, yesterday my daughter’s car blew a head gasket, the radiator broke and the transmission went out. My granddaughter is too fragile for public transportation right now and we don't have the $3000.00 to repair the car.
Any amount given will help get my granddaughter to her appointments and therapy with a working car.
