By now I assume most of us have seen the Greensboro News report about NYE and how it seems like they are painting a bad picture about us. I live in Asheville and I know there are a lot of us that live within a couple hours of Greensboro either in NC or VA. What I propose, is when the weather gets better, we do a city clean up decked out in our Bassnectar gear. I'm willing to throw money toward making meals for the homeless in the area as well. If we are going to be back for next NYE (and even if we aren't back there) I'd like them to see the beautiful side of us not the side portrayed by a news station. I was thinking maybe late February or early March so we can organize a little. If you're up for it let me know and I'll get the event page started. Even if you can't make it and wanna chip in a couple bucks for food, anything would help really.
