Dusty + Madison = Robbed + Wiped Out

We came home Friday the 19th in the afternoon to find our window broken, our door open, and our house ransacked. It's such an awful feeling to see your drawers hanging off the hinges, furniture crashed to the floor, and so so many things missing. They took items like family jewelry, our game systems, and our speakers, but mostly they took our livelihood. Madison's MacBook Pro is gone and along with it files upon files of both creative and professional work. Dusty's iMac was torn from his desk with footage that is now lost. Dusty saved for so long in order to buy a computer he could edit videos on and start making his dreams a reality. In February he left his night job and went all in on his freelance editing and camera work. His computer, his camera, his camera equipment, and a case of lenses (totaling $9,000) that did not belong to him were taken. Not only has he lost his means of making money, he is now also in debt. Unfortunately, we do not have renters insurance (now we know). In the next year we will be doing our best to rebuild, but any contributions our friends could make would be so appreciated. We know everyone has troubles, it's hard to ask for help when we know so many are dealing with so much, but it would be such a relief. We appreciate everyone who has reached out with concern.
