Flooded on their Wedding Day!

Darren Ahmed and Destinee Delaune have been planning their wedding for 2 years.  The day was finally here!  Destinee was at a hotel preparing for her special day with her bridesmaids.  Darren was at home with his groomsmen.
But Mother Nature had other plans in mind for the Baton Rouge area.....by mid-morning Darren was surrounded by floodwaters at home, unable to get out of the house.  By that afternoon, the water came rushing into the house and took everything they owned.  Darren was able to get out of the house with his groomsmen, but the celebration would have to be postponed.  After a quick marriage, Darren and Destinee are now spending their Honeymoon week gutting the house and trying to rebuild.  Let's help them!!  Whatever you are able to give is most appreciated!

I am Darren's Aunt (although I also live in the affected areas, my home did not flood), and this money will be used to help Darren & Destinee to re-build their home that is a complete loss as a result of this flood.  Funds are needed as soon as we are able to raise them in order to get the family back into their home, as they are currently living with friends.  With so many in our area being affected by this recent flood, we recognize that there are many in need.  If you are able to help, we are forever grateful.  We would also like to do what we can to help the couple celebrate & reschedule their recent nuptials, as their special day was turned upside down.  Thanks & God Bless!!
