Angie's Breast Cancer Fund

Hello, my name is Natalia and I've come here to help raise money for my mother. She is now stage IV, breast cancer. She was first diagnosed with breast cancer on August 24th, 2015. Following, she had a lumpectomy in October 2015. But they found it had spread to her lymph nodes and margins. Then in December 2015 she had a mastectomy. Then in January 2016, she started chemotherapy, which ended up being the strongest drugs available and for the longest amount of time (5 months). As a result, on May 10th 2016 she found out the chemotherapy did not work and the cancer had spread to her spine. She stopped chemotherapy and started hormonal therapy, which seems to be keeping the cancer stabilized for now. The doctors say she has around 5 years, they keep saying the cure is "right around the corner." She is only 44 years old, I am 19 and I would like to have my mother around for when I get married, and have children one day. I really can't imagine my life without her. So, I am here to ask for money, to help with all the medical related things that insurance does not cover, and so she can buy the things she wants and make her comfortable. Maybe even go on a vacation and travel somewhere. She has never been out of the country, and I know she would love to see new places. As would anyone who hasn't traveled much. My mother is one of the purest souls I know, has always thought about everyone else before herself. She deserves the best and I wish I could give it all to her, but I need help.
