Zack Will Walk With Our Help

Zack was starved of oxygen during birth causing him to have cerebral palsy. The signals from his brain to his muscles are damaged causing him to have stiff limbs (spasticity) Theres an operation available that would eradicate this called SDR but as of feb this year its no longer available on the nhs. I want my baby to have this op to help him walk and lead a full life.
Please help me help my Zack get a chance at this, that he deserves...
