Hi guys, I'm Nick. Also known as fullspectrum on the forum.
Ont the 19th September 2015 we have an unprecedented event in the forum’s history – we’ve got a meet-up planned in London that’s really going to bring some of the forumers from far and wide together.
I’ll be doing my best to show everyone a really good time in terms of my favourite places to eat, places to get your hands on the finest beverages in the city, and maybe everyone back to mine for little garden gathering. Who knows, maybe some videogames as well – although I think this will be more about the general fun and putting faces to names.
One of the reasons that a couple of people are coming so far for this is that I’ve had a bit of a shit year, all told, and the fact that people want to come and have a good time with me really means a lot. It’s time and money out of their situations and I really appreciate it.
One of the people that has been amazing is Dan/DJR, and it’s been far too long that we’ve been friends and not hung out together. Without wanting to speak for him I know he too has had some hard times and some real bad luck when it comes to finding money for stuff like this.
He’s in Newcastle and it looks like it’s about 125 quid to get an open return down here.
If you can kick us a couple of quid to help get Dan down for the 19th September it would be frankly awesome - a heartfelt display of what makes our community so good.
