Help Saucier Youth

As you may have Saucier Youth's equipment room was broken into last week. The thieves made off with over $6,500 worth of equipment. Both the football and baseball/softball leagues suffered a great financial loss. The funds we receive from registration fees and concession sales are barely enough to operate. With expenses such as chartering fees, umpire/ref fees, insurance, uniforms, etc... we just do get by. That being said neither is able to recoup what was lost. Even though we are two separate leagues with two separate boards, we still serve the same community and work together to do so. We are asking our community to donate whatever you can spare to help us replace what we've lost. We're also trying to get more cameras and a better security system to hopefully prevent this from happening again. I suppose the people who committed this act didn't realize that they were actually stealing from the children of Saucier. Because surely if they did, they never would have done this. We have to have this equipment for these children to be able to play sports. So we're reaching out asking for help so we can provide the youth of our community a fun and safe sports experience. All the people involved with the Saucier Youth organizations are 100% dedicated to doing just that. So if there's anyway you can help us out, it will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
