49 Pulse Portraits project

Donation protected
On July 3, 2016, Orlando artists gathered to create portraits of the 49 victims of the Pulse tragedy. The goal was to sketch 49 portraits in one night. Eighteen local artists answered the call and the portraits were created. It was an emotionally charged and creative labor of love.

The 49 portraits collection of sons and daughters of the Greater Orlando community whose life were cut short so tragically is now exhibited in various venues until we find its final home. The sketches are simply hung clothes line style on fishing line with electrical clamps to suspend them as we have no budget to frame the portraits.

Please help Thomas today so that he can install frames on all of the 49 portrait sketches and showcase it respectfully to the public.

We are calling artist’s community members, art supporters and individuals to help us complete this art memorial gesture created by a small group of Orlando's artists in support and encouragement to the 49 victims' families and the entire Orlando community.

Your donation here will be used for the framing of all 49 portraits. Any amount you donate would help us greatly. Many blessings to all!
