my name is Jason De La Cruz
this goes out to my facebook friends fans enemies frenemies etc etc I'm sorry to let everybody know I have stage 3 cancer its actually ( PLEOMORPHIC LEIOMYOSARCOMA GRADE 3 )
its a soft tissue sarcoma that's only developed by 1% of cancer patience making it a very rare form of cancer witch makes it harder to treat ive known for the last month its just been real hard to deal with all the testing and scans and mri but in the following weeks ill be starting 4 rounds of chemotherapy and 2 rounds of radiation and then the surgery to remove it if we get that far if you have any useful info how I can gt some help word of encouragament or if just to see how I'm doing id appreciate it ive been on short term disabiIity and my savings have litrally disappeared I'm going to try to create a fund me account to see of I can get some donations but to help with the expenses sorry for the bad news but that's the haps

and its hard raisisng a faily of 5 on one paycheck let alone 65% of that check doe to short term disability anything will help and ven if its not cash i take prayers
