DC-15-05568 JANE DOE I AND JANE DOE II, Plaintiffs vs. TRAFFICK 911, Defendant
The 2nd Attorney at Law, who stepped in to help under the advisement of a fellow colleague unaware of the huge undertaking accepting a sensitive case Pro Bono. After the initial 1st Attorney, found cause for suit on the basis of negligence and discovering the Defendant allowed their insurance policy to lapse in coverage, which presents a huge risk for the attorney deciding to service for the public good. The Attorneys are not invisible. They have families and responsibilities of their own. I cannot find fault with either of the Attorney, who can ask anyone to make such a sacrifice without support to avoid being financially exploited by the Defendants tactics prolonging the case causing a financial burden. Hoping we will eventually give in.
I don’t want to go away! I want to fight! I want my daughter to have her day in court! Please help our cause by sending a minimum (not limited) contribution of $1 in my name on behalf of our Save Jane Doe I – Cause # DC-15-05568 to pay for the Attorney cost. The 2nd Attorney, who legal name I am not able to disclose, has graciously agreed, to continue with the case and meet us half way. That means I have to find a way to come up with at least half of the legal fees (cost).
The 2nd Attorney, knowing there is no promise of any compensation…Still drove from Plano, TX to San Antonio, TX to attend a deposition on Jane Doe I behalf. I was there and was a witness to his generosity. However, it was the Defendants Representative who scheduled and taped the deposition. Attorney #2 did inquiry the cost of the transcript and all I heard as a response and I quote, “the same as the last one". I do not need to be an attorney know there is a significant cost to request a transcript, especially when your requesting from the Defendants Attorney.

As a single mother of three children, I have done what I thought would be impossible, raising them own my with little to no help. I have dealt with this in private as much as I can.
I do not wish this upon anyone. This could have been your child, niece, sister, cousin or grandchild….
I am calling out to all that know me and know my family – we are in desperate need of your support. I want answers and the only way I will have them is by having our day in court. I am specifically, requesting funds to be sent to our cause for this very purpose. I want them to see how we FIGHT together.

The Question we should want answers: How does a Pedi-File Attorney infiltrate an organization to gain access to Trafficking victims to have them endure another traumatic experience? Why did the previous complaints go unresponded? How did the volunteer sleep through entire event. Why did it go unreported for 2 years? Why did the dention center contact mother for whereabouts of Jane Doe I (1) after not hearing from the 911 Tracking Volunteer or Attorney in a 72 hour period while transporting a minor under court order? And many more questions.
