Kelly's Restoration Fund

Built in 1885, The Lavaca County jail became the 2nd longest operating jail in Texas. In 2015, long time paranormal investigator, Debra Fawcett was hired to begin the historic preservation of the jail. The restoration of this truly haunted and amazing location has served as a wonderful historic site for the community.
