Help Send Destiny To Train

Donation protected
We need your love and support! Destiny has been invited to train along side some of the top skaters in the US for the next several months in Massachusetts! This is an opportunity of a lifetime for any skater & we need you help! Any donations are appreciated & will help make a dream come true! We need to raise enough funds to pay for her plane trip, supplies & entry fees while she is there.

While she is in Massachusetts she will be training on the ice 5 days a week while she prepares to compete in the Boston open in a few months!

Destiny is a 13 year old teen who has been figure skating since she was 5 years old with an undying love & dedication for the ice. Currently Destiny is a USFS tested international figure skater who has dreams to become a Disney on Ice performer by night and a marine biologist by day, on a cruise ship. This child has big plans to go places!

History - Destiny has several medical conditions that affects her daily life, but she refuses to let them get in her way. Destiny was born with a hearing & heart condition that stayed undiagnosed until kindergarten when her teacher suggested a doctor she knew, she was sent to a local hearing doctor who had a theory that changed everything. Destiny was sent to the children's hospital where she spent a week in a sound proof booth testing and later was diagnosed with Auditory Decoding Deficit. "An easy way to understand this is the left & right side of her brain hears sounds at different speeds so it takes longer for her to process what she is hearing." Because she also has decreased hearing this makes Destiny have to work harder to hear what's going on around her. When she was in kindergarten, the school went on a field trip to the local ice skating rink. This was all it took for Destiny to fall in love with figure skating! The local club had a volunteer at the rink that day & told us they think Destiny has a natural talent for figure skating. Since then, Destiny spends all her spare time on the ice! She wakes her parents up at 5am to take her to the rink during our skating season. The ice is where Destiny feels at home. We have always been thankful for all the people who have helped get Destiny her diagnosis & got her on the ice the very 1st time!

Any support you can help with will be appreciated forever! We are very blessed with everyone supporting us, thank you doesn't feel like enough but it's all we can say because we honestly feel that way.

Thank you in advance!
