Gail's New Heart

I am in desperate need of heart transplant surgery...i live in Port aux Basque and have to move to Halifax to secure my.place on the transplant list...i have been fighting this battle for the last 10 years and it looks like i have reached the end of the line.i am desperate to get both myself and my children.to Halifax.by.the end of August..Things are beyond tough whem.u are a single parent with obligations...Any help would be.greatly.appreciated...i have to beat this...
