Hi my name is Jasmine and my daughter Jaydyn was born prematurely at 34 weeks to me. I'm an 18 year old single mother of 2. My new born baby girl Jaydyn is in critical condition and I'm trying everything to save her. But, being a 18 year old single mother with no income, is extremely difficult to be able to financially support my family, let alone cover hospital bills.
