Help me escape this contract

So, I really really did not want to do this but at this point it seems I have to. I am asking for help in this hard time for me. My electric company has been charing me ridiculous amounts of money because a third-party provider had screwed me over with the lie and promise of "Cheaper electric rates" my bills slowly went from 130-160 all the way to 199-207 dollars. I can't afford that electric every month along with my other bills and my work has cut some hours so times are hard for me as it is..Turns out that in order to remove the third party provider due to a contract they have me on I have to pay 150 dollars in order to terminate the contract and remove them completely from my bills but --The issue is..I'm already getting charged over 200 dollars for electric and I have other bills but now i'm getting charged extra that i literally cant afford to fix the problem.
