Rita's Handrail

This is to fund a handrail for an elderly neighbor in the Belknap neighborhood.  This photo is of what the handrail will look like.  The total cost is actually $315 but the site takes a percentage.  Anything above the cost of the handrail will be put toward a Kroger Gift Card.  Thanks in advance to all of the wonderful neighbors who have said they want to help.  You are truly one of Rita's Angels.
