Come Sit at Our Table : Potluck

Your donations support the community and its leaders coming together on August 13, 2016 in Tukwila to attempt to break the World Record for the largest potluck in history. Donations will be use to sponsor the event with live music, street closures, tables and chairs, etc. Any excess donations are committed to the Tukwila Childrens Foundation to server underpriviledge youth in the community.
Why this event? All of us, long-timers and newcomers, share a love for Tukwila and are committed to working together to make Tukwila a better place to live, learn, work, and play. Since sharing food is a universal activity that fosters dialogue and friendship, we decided our first project would be an all-inclusive community potluck: Come Sit at Our Table. We will occupy the northbound lanes of Tukwila International Boulevard between 144th and 146th Streets, as well as 144th for some of the block immediately east of the boulevard, where there will be a come-one-come-all four-on-four Street Soccer Tournament, co-sponsored by Highline College.
