Help The Morgan's Tubal Reversal

Hi my husband and I are trying to have a child together, he does not have any children, but I have 4 from a previous marriage. I had my tubes tied 13 years ago after having my last child and regretted doing it every since. I met the man of my dreams 5 years ago and he treats me with respect and dignity. I want to be able to give him one child and his mom a grandchild because she does not have any from her other son.
