After struggling to overcome relentless complications caused by the gastric sleeve surgery she recieved in May of 2013, Angela Sue Vick passed away in her home Thursday, July 14th. Despite the decline of her health, Ang appeared to be improving......which has made her sudden passing even more devastating and has shook the family to it's core.
It was Ang's wish to be buried and, naturally, the family has arranged her service to honor her final requests. That being said, I am creating this account in an attempt to lighten the financial strain her grief-stricken family is faced with. All proceeds donated will go to the costs of Angela's service. Any remaining funds will be given directly to Connie (her mother) in an effort to contribute towards Angela's two remaining minor children, Steven and Daniel
