Hello Everyone!
My name is Mary Curtis.......
This is Nathan Clarke Jr. His parents Nathan and Leah are very good friends of mine. On July 4th of this year Nathan Jr. was involved in a freak firework accident. Ofcourse we all what our kids to have fun and be safe on this day but he had a horrible situation go wrong. Upon doing what many children like to do with their parents, they were setting off some fireworks. But one didn't go off as planned, delayed going off , just went up in the air little and came back down right into this young boy's face. Nathan's face was burned and both eyes being swollen shut. He was taken to the hospital and then transferred to Tampa General for the pediatric burn unit there. It was very uncertain for days how his long term outcome would be as they couldn't say what his eye sight would be like. This is one strong young man as he, never cried once and prayed all the time to be okay. He even told his Dad that has not left his side once, not to cry or worry too. After many days, doctors and nurses caring for his wounds, his eyes are improving that he thankfully can see again. God surely worked a miracle for Nathan.
I am starting this Go Fund Me account to help the family with all the pending medical bills. I would trully appreciate in all the help to be able to make this small goal I have set for them. Nathan attends school and loves playing football and baseball for North Port. He is a wonderful young man to all who knows him. Please Help Me, Help Them!!!! Thank You So Very Much, Mary
