everyone,
This is a very hard topic for me and my family and I'm not sure how to put these in the right words... I'm writing this on behalf of My father and family.. My father has asked me to write this so he can give her, her last wish.. Not everyone knows but my Mom has had breast cancer since 2007, she was doing ok until this past year went she got really sick and was told that it had spread to the lungs, and now there are no chemo or radiation to help my mom, with that being said she now is living her last few days in her loving home with family and closes friends Finding out my mother had cancer took a toll on the entire family including herself! Let me tell you a little bit about my mommy, she was one of the happiest people you'll meet, she was always helping others, and I think I got that from her, Till this day she's always thinking of others like her neighbor in her building every afternoon she ask me to send her some lunch since my Mom can no longer do it. I will never forget when my mom used to sell our old clothes, her personal jewels, sale plates of food, anything possible so she could provide for my brothers and I things we need from school uniforms to a new outfit if we needed one for a special occasion even if that meant she had to go in sale her own old clothes, she would always put us first, she'd make sure we'd eat before she did, she'd make sure we were all taken care of before she even feed herself. Every morning, she would always put on her favorite music ( Boleros) and wake us up so we can all do our chores together and spend quality time as a family but mostly I will never forget that when I had my accident I was in the hospital for almost two years she never left my side no matter what and even my daughter which is her granddaughter is so crush with the news of her grandma because her and her grandma had a very special bound together because everything I couldn't do my mother did, she took her to her first concert and spent 11+ hours, every weekend my mom took my daughter to Chuck E. Cheese and actually till closing time took her to the park when I was working, took her to the Zoo because I was too scared and did everything for her and now the same women that once was full of life, happy, cheerful, supportive is now living her last few days with us. now it's my turn as a daughter to help her in anyway I can by dressing her, making her favorite dish, calling and seeing her every day trying to get her to eat, trying to make her laugh and sing just trying to lift her spirits up so she can spend her last days happy. We've gone to every doctor, tried every medicine, treatment and everything you can imagine and nothing has worked and now all that's left for me to do is to give my mom Assurance that my father will be taken care of, my father is not working and with the little that he gets he has to pay for rent, bills, phone bills, car, food supplies, and since I'm helping him with paying some of these things with also paying my own bills we can't meet the expensive of this all our house hold expensive including the funeral. My brother was and is struggling to pay her life insurance she doesn't have many more days and if we don't come up with the money my mom will not have a proper burial. We are asking to help us out from little as $5 to help us reach our goal of $5,000 to make this possible to give my mom her proper burial and service and assurance that my father will be okay and not struggling to come up with money himself. Thank you and please keep us in your prayers. In behalf of my Family and I thank you. your Friend Gg.
