Desperate roof repair

Those of you that know me as the nutty cat lady artist. I try and rescue and rehome cats. Lately its been a stream of bad thing happening one after the other. The latest has been 2 hospital stays and a flu from hell that wont quit. Living on a fixed income I've been spending money that i dont have on my health which hopefully temporarily has left me in a wheelchair.
On top of that in a back room i see the roof has been leaking which i didnt notice with being so sick and the ceiling is collapsing. Fixit person came today and said very dangerous..tried to brace ceiling but thats no gonna last long. On top of replacing the ceiling,the roof has to be fixed too.
There is no thinking about this...its a dangerous situation that needs to be remedied immediately.
