Blind child at play!

My niece Vanessa was born blind. She is now 5. She's a fun loving kid just like any other. She loves music!! She also loves playing outside with her little sister. At her dad's, she lives by an ORV trail and at her mom's she lives on a windy road. People tend to speed past these places To get blind child at play signs placed by the county, they charge $153 a piece. We need 4. We can't afford this right now but Vanessa's safety is of importance obviously, so we are asking for help. Anything is greatly appreciated.
