Joe's Back Surgery

Joe sustained a serious back injury playing rugby some years ago. He plays rugby professionally so this is his livelihood. 
In order for Joe to continue being able to play he is in desperate need of an operation to remove some of his discs and fuse his cervical spine.
This operation cannot be done on the NHS as they do not feel it is critical. 
Joe suffers with constant back pain, is loosing the feeling in one of his arms and finding it more difficult to play rugby.
Please can you help Joe improve his quality of life and enable him to continue earning a living from a game he has always loved playing.
This has a big impact on his family life too and with two small children to support we feel this is urgent.
