My name is Christa Larue Riter, I am the pastor's daughter of Clendenin Church of the Nazarene.
On June 23 & 24, Clendenin, WV, along with many other surrounding towns were struck with a disastrous flood. The Clendenin Church of the Nazarene parsonage, the basement of the main church, and the fellowship hall were all destroyed by the waters. The churches and parsonage do not have flood insurance. Any amount will certainly help and will go to the restoring of the churches and parsonage to functioning and livable conditions.
