Tevin Kalinowski = Daughter Mercy

Donation protected
I've watched Tevin grow up, being an integral part of my son's family on his dad's side for years. He was my son's and his siblings' brother.  I helped with school situations during middle school.

Tevin would stop by here just to say hi and catch up, time to time.  In fact, the last time he stopped by was one and 1/2 weeks ago. He was trying to catch his brother in between their different job schedules.  His face lit up as we talked about the upcoming birth of his daughter, Mercy.   He was so upbeat and positive about his future,  loving his construction job and fresh starts.

On the evening of 06/22/16,  Tevin was walking to a friend's house.  As we currently understand, he was knocked into the street by a dog and hit by a SUV.  His injuries were critical and we are so thankful for the person who helped stabilize him until EMS could arrive.   While in surgury, he went into cardiac arrest and did not make it....

Words can't convey the devastating heart break his mom, Ann Kalinowski and his father Kevin Rogers are feeling at losing Tevin nor what his other loved ones and friends are all experiencing at his untimely call to heaven.

Tevin was blessed to have a few solid male role models stepping up being father figures to him.  Two special shout outs, one to Kevin Rogers who was his father in every meaningful sense of the word. The other to Nathan Lesert, as his step dad.

Tevin was a great young man with lots of potential, starting to finding his way in the world with his whole life in front of him.... He had a kind heart and would help in any way that he could.  He was looking forward to being a daddy...My heart breaks for what was supposed to be and that Mercy has to grow up without him...

He absolutely adored his little brother Braydon and younger sister Alyah.  Growing up, he had the typical younger brother awe of his older siblings Erica, Michael, Kevin, Cheniece, Andrea and Marcus...following them around and wanting to always hang out with them.

Tevin enjoyed many outdoor activities like dirt biking and 4 wheeling, hunting, fishing, and target practice.  He loved music, hands on activities like building and time spent with family and friends.

I've set this fund up in support of his daughter Mercy's future.  My hope is that everyone can be as generous as possible to help out. Also, that his friends and family can share stories of Tevin with each other as well as making sure as Mercy grows up, the stories get shared with her too...
