Thank you for your prayers and generosity. This site is to help offset the costs of Ben Needham's funeral and the costs of travel for family members.
Funeral charges are extremely expensive and we so deeply appreciate the donation you are giving.
Ben was 19 years old and working on finding his place in the world. Ben was extremely intelligent, had a big heart, and an amazing sense of humor.
Ben loved the outdoors and was an avid back packer. He accomplished 8 50 mile backpacking trips, since the time he was 11. Ben loved camping and hiking and being in nature.
Ben will be greatly missed by his parents, Matthew and Stephanie Needham, his siblings, Amanda, Jared and Julia and many, many friends, family and loved ones.
Ben passed away the weekend of September 11, 2016. He had been hiking in Pine Valley Mountain area of Southern Utah.
Ben succumbed to injuries from a Fall of 40 feet. The Needham family is deeply grateful to those who participated in the search party and were able to ultimately recover Ben.
Ben will be layed to rest in Morgan, Utah this Saturday, September 17th. There will be a memorial for Ben in Brentwood, CA at the LDS Chapel on Saturday, September 24th.
