Bernie delegate going to Philly!

Hi! I'm the leader of Long Beach area for Bernie and the 1st elected delegate for Bernie in CD 47. I'm doing this because I have 4 kids, 3 of whom are in college currently. I've been watching Bernie for the last 20 years and I believe that he and his movement are the only chance we have a better future for our kids and theirs.
I was all set to go . . . but in the last month, I found out my dad is pretty sick, looks like cancer, so my family is going out of state to spend time with him this month, and we had to put my dog down after having surgery because of total organ failure last week. I've also been boarding some out of state canvassers for the last month so the expenses have been piling up, not to mention that I've been doing the Bernie thing all over the southwestern part of the country for about 16-20 hrs/day for most of the last year which means my business has been suffering. Since the campaign has now asked us to stay in the designated hotel, the cost has gone up even more and I really want to do my best to represent Bernie and whip some super delegates!
Its a shame that people might miss this opportunity due to financial hardships. Whatever you can do to help defray costs would be extremely appreciated. I need to make plans right away so the sooner I can put this together the better.
Representing Bernie and doing my best to ensure a better future for all of us is the dream of a lifetime for me and I will do my best to be worthy of your donation because we MUST stop the corruption of big money that is keeping us from addressing the needs of real people and the planet!
