My name is Susan Soto Palmer and I was elected on, June 19, 2016, as a Party Leader and Elected Official (PLEO) delegate for Senator Bernie Sanders. If you support the political revolution, if you're hurting and hoping for real progressive change, Senator Sanders still needs you and he needs me and every other Delegate to fight for US and vote for Senator Sanders in Philly! Along with friends, allies and other party leaders, we have worked diligently to register voters and encourage participation in the Yakima Valley and push Democrats to embrace more progressive stances on issues important to all of us. Senator Sanders energized us all! I am a strong supporter of Senator Sanders and had the honor and pleasure of introducing him and endorsing him at the Yakima rally in March. As a result of working with other amazing community organizers along with Senator Sanders' visit to Yakima, I gained the courage to run as a Democrat in Washington State's election this year*.

The Democratic National Convention begins on July 25, 2016 and I need your immediate help to secure accommodations. Your generous donations will be used for transportation and hotel accommodations for the week of the National Convention and any additional funds will be used to help other elected Berniecrat delegates. I will join my fellow Berniecrats in making sure we do all that we can to elect Senator Sanders as our next President and secure the most progressive platform and policies needed for all of us because this movement is about us!
