5 Reasons for $5.00 - RICO Suit

$7,025 of $7,000 goal

Raised by 147 people in 10 months
5 Reasons You Should Donate $5.00 for our Federal
                                         RICO Law Suit

1.  As of June we have our Federal RICO Law Suit ready for signatures and to deliver to court in Los Angeles.  We are looking to raise over $7,000 dollars to reach our goal in order to cover all of the costs to get our RICO Law Suit into the US district court in Los Angeles in February.  If 1,400 of our allies in the fight against mandatory vaccinations would donate $5.00, we would hit our target.  That’s all we need, and that’s all we will ask.  If we get bigger donors, great, but we don’t want to break anyone’s bank account for this process – we’re looking for larger numbers

2.  Before Thanksgiving, House Resolution 233 – the national mandatory vaccine bill, entered the US Congress.  The CEOs  who run the healthcare system through big pharma want every adult vaccinated to work, school, hospitals, or travel.  Currently the Cal State University system mandates vaccines for students, and next year the UC System will mandate them.  It is beyond absurd.  However – it is a reality that we have to put down IMMEDIATELY.

3.  There is a lot of resistance on the web to mandatory vaccines.  A recent article posted on the Bolden Report discusses the interview by CA Senator Pan regarding vaccine ingredients, and states that pharma companies are growing nervous based on the amount of negative responses to all of the propaganda. http://www.bolenreport.com/autism/antivaccine%20yes18.htm . I believe this is true, but it doesn’t mean we have to stop our fight.

4.  A lot of work has already been done by a lot of generous grass roots activists to move the dial in favor of parental rights and freedom of choice in this country.  The movie VAXXED is starting to change a lot of opinions.  I have spoken with Del Bigtree (producer) and he is overwhelmed at the amount of support this movie has received.  This goes to show that a small number of people CAN make a difference.  Now – the next phase is legal.  Travis Middleton has done a MASTERFUL job in creating a RICO document that will stand as firm as any other law suit out there.  He has done his homework.  It is 74 pages.  It will change the course of the trend for legislators who think they can get away with anything relating to the rights of Americans.

5.  We owe it to the hundreds of thousands of parents who got their children vaccinated, only to have them become injured through autism, or a host of other chronic diseases.  This entire fight isn’t just about parent rights – it is about the direction of the US healthcare system, and shaking it loose from a few companies and legislators who could care less if children and families suffer for decades – they only want the money.  Yes – it is time to stop this insanity.

WE WILL USE FUNDS ONLY FOR THE PURPOSE OF GETTING THIS BILL TO THE FEDERAL COURT IN LOS ANGELES.  OUR COALITION HAS BEEN HARD AT WORK ON THIS FOR OVER A YEAR, AND YOUR SUPPORT WOULD MEAN WE CLEAR OUR LAST HURDLE IN SUING SEN. PAN, GOV. BROWN, AND ALL OF THOSE WHO VOTED FOR SB 277

As of March, 2017 - The Vaccine Freedom Coalition has raised over 100% of our goal. Many thanks to all of our contributors in helping us with this RICO law suit. As of April 1st - we are still pending in Federal District Court in Los Angeles, CA. Last week (mid April), I hosted another interview with Travis Middleton - which will be posted on You Tube soon detailing where we are in this process - and what we do if the judge dismisses the district court case. We plan on appealing - and will continue to fight against corrupt politicians, and will be taking the fight to other states with other coalition groups as well. We will updating you on a more regular basis regarding our status. Lastly - we had a question about donations and taxes recently. As of today - the VFC is not a non profit corporation, but any donation can be deducted as a business expense. We are in the process of moving the company forward this year as well. Any questions - please let us know.

A new update for our donors. First of all - MANY thanks for your continued contributions. These funds have allowed us to process serve ALL of the defendants in the case (even though some of them ran away from process servers at first). Travis has been to Los Angeles twice in the last two weeks to appear before the judge in this case for preliminary items. He has kept all of the plaintiffs in the loop with consistent emails, and at this point there is a 30 day response given to the defendants. Travis has spoken with opposing council, and is confident that the process is going well. More details next week - as we move forward. The worse part about this segment is the massive amount of paperwork sent by the courts to all of the plaintiffs. I have over 40 envelopes sent to me just in the past two weeks. Complete waste of paper - but that is the criminal justice system. Be in contact - and thanks again.

We're two-thirds there! Last week legal researcher and SB277 RICO law suit creator Travis Middleton appeared on the Blog Talk radio show detailing the elements of the law suit. Listen here: Www.TinyURL.com/TravisRICO . There was a LOT of activity on our fund raising - in part I believe because people had the chance to hear Travis speak about the issues of the case, and the fact that we are able to both submit the case to Federal Court in Los Angeles, and now submit a summons for the case to 50 defendants. With the generosity of our donors, we are now able to do this ahead of schedule. Being so close to our small (but effective) fund raising goal is tremendous, and again - many thanks to our friends who understand what we are trying to do - and who are able to support us on many levels. We should have all of the summons out in approximately two weeks (mid-September). If you have any questions - send us a post here on Go Fund Me, and we will answer. We're almost there. We will post again next week regarding more updates.

Tonight is the first night of the Democratic convention. One of the topics should be that of mandatory vaccines. Hillary Clinton and her VP are both funded by pharma and are pro "mandatory" vaccines. I'm not going to try to debate the issue, but I am writing to say that if she is elected, there will be a LOT of work to do in order to reverse many current bills pending in state legislatures, and to PREVENT future bills from going through. Because ours is the THIRD law suit in California, it is sending a message. I would love to see the look on Pan's face when he gets served. Another post at the end of this week.

For Mac and Georgia - this RICO suit is done by my colleague Travis Middleton, who is a private citizen, and under the law - is acting as a "private attorney general". (something I did not know). He has filed two other RICO suits, and has experience in suing public officials (who I don't believe have any immunity under RICO). In fact, judges and other officials have been sued successfully under this statute. Yes, the filing fee is $400, but we have to pay process servers to go to everyone on the suit which will cost the bulk of the funding. We are asking for no money to pay anyone, and only a very small amount to reimburse expenses. Thanks for your great comments.

I'm cheering for you. Could you post how I can get a copy of your complaint, the cost, etc. I know it is public information, but not sure how I can get a copy as I live in Arizona. I hope you have a lot of helpers because you will have lots of paperwork to respond to. Good Luck.

Government employees have an obligation to take an oath of office, which requires them to protect and follow the constitution, which means they have to protect our constitutional rights, state and federal. If they violate our rights, they are violating their oath of office, which means they are not acting as representatives of the government, and therefore loose governmental immunity, and thus CAN BE HELD LIABLE IN CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS AS "PRIVATE PERSONS". Hope this helps. Ricardo Beas

It costs less than $400 to file a lawsuit. But the real problem is that you can't sue the government for passing laws, they have qualified immunity.

It is March, 2017. Our RICO suit is still in the hands of the Judge in Los Angeles. Our legal researcher Travis Middleton states that there is a good chance this this judge may dismiss the case for "cause". Part of the reason for this is that Travis - in his tremendous assessment of the case, has actually filed to have the judge as one of the defendants. He feels that this judge incorrectly has stated that the case should NOT be against Senator Pan, Gov. Brown, and other legislators because they only made the law - Travis should be going after the state health departments because they are enforcing the law. This is complete nonsense, and it is akin to suing the police because of a posted speed limit. You get the law CHANGED. If this law is dismissed, we ill immediately file an appeal. It will take more time - but at least the case is not "dead in the water". On a positive note - we are 97% to our fund-raising goal. Essentially we raised all of our money in seven months with no special fund-raising campaign - only dedicated people who are in our group and are wanting to see justice where it seems there is none to be had. We are seeing a backlash courtesy of the vaccine industry. We will not be swayed. We thank everyone for their support - and I want to say that 100% of all of the funds raised went to our costs - filing fees, copies, travel, parking, etc. Not one dime to pay someone to fund raise. So we feel pretty good about that. Our next campaign will be coming if the appeals process moves forward. We will let you know.

We are close to Christmas - and this week we will be in District Court in Los Angeles California to go against the defendants in the RICO suit. The plan on their side was to summarily dismiss the entire case for cause. You know - government officials cannot be sued. They can be sued under RICO statues. One of the most interesting aspects of their dismissal case was that their entire brief was only 2 and a half pages! Not 50 (like many dismissal briefs). We are under the impression from this that it's hard to cite case law under corruption when it's you who is the corrupt official. Not much on your side here. We will update you all after this hearing is completed this week. Stand by - as the most interesting aspects of this case are about to appear.
