Funds needed please help & share

As a recent paraplegic (January, 2016) from a spinal cord injury. I have just recently been allowed to return home... The financial struggle to improve our home for wheelchair access & to purchase equipment for increasing my mobility are a pressing need. The following is a list of items we still need to acquire. Bathroom upgrade for a wheel in shower, a wheelchair accessible van equipped with a full size van lift, remodeling our kitchen so that it's wheelchair accessible as well as many other costs related to my health, travel & treatment. I am also on kidney dialysis and we have been praying for a kidney/pancreas to become available to that I may get a transplant..
