Top Surgery

I started my journey 2 years ago. It was rough at first but I grew to love myself. I chose to tell my sister first before anyone, from that day forward she refers to me as big brother. In October 2015 I came out to my family and they loved me with all their hearts. January 2016 I finally started HRT and I'm on top of the world right now. Making progress every day. I'm now ready to take the next step and get top surgery. I'm tired of being in this cage. I'm saving money now of course, I cut back a lot but of course there are other things to consider like my flight back to the states, hotel, additional hospital care expenses.
