Hello, my name is Shelly Irmen. I am 44 years old, motherr of two beautiful children (7 & 10) and am living with Multiple Sclerosis. This chronic illness has left me with a severe tremor. I am unable to care for my children, feed myself without caregivers or do activities that I always loved to do.

Not included in this US price is airline tickets for myself and helper, Airline ticket for myself to get to Vancouver,Medical insurance for my helper and myself,monies to pay my helper/Very little comes from the government the rest will be out of pocket, monies for medication, cost of a hotel and food for five days, monies that will have to be put out once I get back if I need physiotherapy or such treatment, Monies for two visas, monies for unforeseen events.
