I-MooMoos & Hwasa's 21st Birthday

Some of the international MooMoo's have decided we would like to do something for Hwasa's 21st birthday.
We know the K-MooMoo's already plan things but sometimes it gets lost in the noticeboads and messages and we have decided to try and send Hwasa something for her birthday.
What we send totally depends on the money raised ad the ideas and time given (if you are unable to give Won mate, then we still need designs and ideas for Hwasa's birthday cake!)
Ideally the minimum raised would be $80 (see below for pricing in this fundraiser) for a cake from www.cakefactory.co.kr (here is the english page http://cakefactory.co.kr/global/english/)
- this company has been known to do cakes and deliver them to Kpop idols before.
This would be a great way to show Hwasa that her international fans really think of her and wish her all the best.
The more we raise, the more we can show our gratitude in a more tangible manner;
$80-$100 = Single layer cake
$130 - $220 = 2 layer cake
$300 - $400 = 3 layer cake
For an additional $50, we were thinking to add a chibi Hwasa
Additional funds raised would be used to get Hwasa a bouquet of flowers for her birthday too.
The cake factory delivers the cakes to the stars and aso takes a picture of a majority of them with the cake so it would be great if we could pull this off.
