Help get Shelbie back!

On May 11th my sister, Shelbie Estrada, was in a terrible accident. She had a traumatic brain injury that has left our family and her son devastated. She has only gained back some use of her right hand and some facial expressions. She is going to be kicked out of the hospital in a few days because she does not have health insurance. The rehab program she has been accepted to has a long waiting list and she will not be able to be admitted until at least August. Until then, she will be taken care of by our family at home. We have gotten in contact with Memorial Hermann Hospital and they will be able to do in-home rehabilitation with her for a fee until she is admitted to her inpatient program within the next few months. From what we have learned, the first 6 months of recovery are the most important. She has a 6 year old son that she is fighting to get back to. The cost of this rehab will be $1,000 to $2,000 grand a week. We are begging for help from anyone and everyone that is willing. Any amount will be greatly appreciated, and it goes without saying, every penny donated, and everything we have will go to getting her back to us. Anyone that knows her knows what a sweet and caring person she was. She would do anything for her friends and family. I ask that you look inside yourself and do whatever you can to help THIS MOTHER GET BACK TO HER SON!!!!
