Puppies medical expenses

Hello,
My name is Gulcin Ellis. My husband and I along with bunch of other people regularly volunteer at the Animal Rescue Association's (ARA) Shelter. The shelter is a no kill shelter and they take in any and all kinds of animals. We even have a goat and a calf at the shelter. ARA is a non-profit organization and dependent on donations.
There are about 350 dogs at our shelter and we try our best to keep their medical needs taken care of. All the dogs are spayed/neuthered with shots up to date; however this is extremely costly. We had 12 puppies that needed to be spayed/neutered up until a week ago....then we found 8 more puppies dumped in a nearby field...We also have continued medication of other animals...
So, I would like to appeal to your compassion in helping us raise enough funds to take care of all puppies...Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated. All funds raised will be used to cover the medical expenses.
