Help My Best Friends Cats With FeLV

   Hi, my name is Alex. I have been growing my hair for a very long time. Recently, my best friend Ashly noticed something was wrong with one of her 5 cats. She took her feline friend to the vet and with the money she could scrounge up, got her cat tested for FeLV. FeLV is a deadly version of Leukemia in cats. It is transmitted by saliva, litter boxes, and shared water and food bowls. 
   Ashly spends a lot of time alone with her cats, and she considers them her babies. Her lack of money for treatment and testing is making her feel depressed and anxious, sad and torn apart. She needs money in order to get the rest of her cat babies tested and treated. She has no more money to spare.
   My proposition is that I will cut and donate my hair to Wigs for Kids if the goal is reached. Wigs for Kids is a non-profit organization that gives children without hair due to cancer and various illnesses a wig they can wear to boost their self esteem. In past years, I donated my hair to Locks for Love, but recently found out they charge the children for their wigs. 
  If the goal is met, I will provide before and after pictures of the haircut, and the envelope containing my hair going to wigs for kids. I want to be able to help my best friend, and in doing so help a sick child as well.
  Please help Ashly to reach her goal. Without her cats, her days would be empty, and she would have to slowly watch her cats waste away without treatment.
