Let's get Jack Jack

My son Jack Jack is living with his mother who places him in horrible situations and neglects him to see his own father. I want rights to see my child and be there for him like a father should be. I haven't seen my child in awhile due to his mother and the courts won't help a single father trying to get rights. I have to go about this a different way and will have to pay out of pocket for court fees and a lawyer. Please help me get my rights to be a father.
