Vera and Duane Mitchell's Expenses

Please help with Vera and Duane Mitchell's post-mortum expenses. Both have passed away, within 6 days of each other and were married for nearly 60 years.
Im trying to help their only son, Mike, get through this very difficult time. Expenses are daunting with the recen
t months of hospital and nursing home expenses, and now the added expenses related to their final resting place.
Vera and Duane were my aunt and uncle, and lived in Greeley, since the 1990's. Prior, lived in Sterling and Johnstown, CO.
Duane had been retired for several years now and had worked for Weld County's Roads and Bridges Department. Also, Duane proudly served in the U.S. Navy from 1952-1960. Vera enjoyed her job at the Weld County Food Bank and as a homemaker.
Give what you can and I'll pass it on to Mike, as I know he'll appreciate any/all help. I would prefer to stay out of this process, but am concerned that he needs me in this position, for now anyway. I'm not one to pry, but know this funding account is badly needed, at this time, to wrap up numerous expenses that seem to be never ending.
This site asks for a specific amount of money seeking or "goal". I'm clueless and have just put in an arbitrary amount. I would prefer to not know what his needs are and we'll all just chip in what we can afford, at this time. Any amount is welcome and you can feel good about helping the Mitchell's.
