A home for the holidays

My name is Mike. I'm 43 years old.

I'm about to be homeless soon and really don't know what to do. I have two dogs that I love very much and really don't want them living on the streets, too, and just can't give them up. Somebody told me about this site so here I am.

I don't have a job, as opportunities aren't good around here and also I hurt myself working in factories years ago and I just can't move very fast because of the pain.

I figure it would cost me $1, 500 to be able to move, pay rent on an apartment for a while, be able to provide my dogs with vet care, pay utilities, and buy food until I can get back on my feet. It would also help me get back to my family. I haven't seen them in four years. I miss them.

Being able to get a place would mean so much to me. Being able to take care of my dogs and also be closer to my family would mean even more.
