My CALL to the MISSIONS FIELD

Hello.  Some of you know me closely and some of you may just be getting to know me.  My name is Sierra Tekirdaglis.  I am a newly single mom of three amazing boys.  I am a new Christian seeking the will of GOD.  I have spent the last year literally on my bedroom floor asking God to give me direction for how I can serve HIS KINGDOM.   Oh boy, did HE answer.  Can you believe He is calling me out to be a solider in the fields for Him?

I am raising funds to embark on what I believe is the first of many calls to the Mission Field to reach and love children in the name of Jesus Christ.  I spent several years in the U.S. ARMY as a SGT. serving our great country; God is now moving me into His ARMY and the time has come for me to be sent out.

My trust in the Lord is growing deeper and deeper.  I know HE is asking me to step out and enter into His will for my life.  This is both exciting and testing. 

I am raising funds to a total of $2500.  $300 is due  NOW.  $1000 due April 1.  The balance DUE JUNE 1.

The funds will cover my trip from airfare to food.  This trip will allow us to install and facilitate education to the newly finished orphanage.  We have established schools, clinics and traditional living needs in the community of Rushere, Uganda.  However it needs bodies that are capable of running such programs.  This trip will allow me to fill in the GAP for one week along side with many other brothers and sisters of my congregation. 

This is a trip that I believe is setting a pioneer path for my family as I am a first generation Christian.  I know God has put this as a calling on my life.  To be frank,  I am courgeously stepping out with GOD confidence (inside I am shaking a little) :)  This is a missionfor me to go.  As a body we all have different parts.  MY PART IS TO GO, perhaps your part is to SUPPORT.  I am asking that together as believing siblings we round up in prayer for the trip itself, for my generational breakthrough, for your part in supporting me and for my step of faith to answer the call of GOD.  There is  no amount to small.  Seek God and ask what your part is in this commission.
