Classroom for 21st Century Students
Donation protected
Hi! My name is Eileen Schulz and I am fortunate enough to have been a teacher at William J. Butler School for 13 years. During my time there I have taught amazing students in first and second grade. I am hoping to raise money for my students who would benefit from Hokki stools. These stool allow kids to find a comfortable position that enables them to focus and concentrate on their learning. These stools benefit students with sensory issues and ADHD but also benefit ALL students who just learn better when they are feeling most comfortable.
I would use the generous donations to help students get the maximum benefit out of learning in a comfortable environment. It is difficult to prepare students for the 21st century when teaching in a traditional classroom setting that does not work for all children. I am hoping to welcome my new students in the fall with these welcoming stools.
I honestly believe Hokki stools would benefit students daily. As adults we know that happy, positive, comfortable situations provide the best experiences. I want to be able to provide that to my students! I am excited and so thankful to put kids in a classroom environment where learning will be at the highest potential level.
