Justin's Eagle Scout Project Well

I am building a wishing well for the Community Gardens in Saugus. The garden is a place to grow your own plants for free, becasue there are not that many houses that allow for gardening in this valley. They offer classes to all ages. I will use the funds to purcahse the materials needed for the well. I plan to start construction of the structure as soon as possible.
