Need mouth surgery

Hi my name is Devon, I have severe periodontal disease and it's getting to the point where my teeth have deep pockets and the bacteria from my gums are putting my heart at risk for heart disease. To prevent this I need a gingivectomy; a procedure that would effectively stop the gum disease in its tracks(in conjunction with at home cleaning and regular dentist check ups). I'm having a really hard time finding a job at the moment and I need it very soon. My family can't afford to pay it so I'm on my own, please help me raise money so I may smile again.
