Funeral expenses for son inlaw sist

Please help my son inlaw bury his sister amber , she was shot to death in Portland, amber was 27 yrs old with no insurance leaving 2 small children behind, ambers mom is rasing the kids and is in bad health already,we need all the help we can get to bury amber..please help us if you can. We appreciate anything anybody can do, prayers are very welcomed and needed....
